Management Structure:
Transformation Mariannridge is overseen by a board consisting of ten members (including several members of the Mariannridge community), guided by a legal constitution. The daily running of the organization is in the hands of a management team, consisting of three full-time employees. Many volunteers are involved in the activities of the organization. With greater finance more can be achieved with more people being employed.
